We had quiet and bright room with exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed.

Well, the area was extremely busy overall.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent with pre-cooked food. Location: the hotel was near landmarks and all key places, new market, landmarks, Park Street l, Camac street and Sb road and shops. I had coffee at Artsy Coffee & Culture, located within 5 minutes walk...

everything was great, personnel was courteous. the location was particularly good and unbeatable - ease of access to a prominent enclosed shopping center. there was a great restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good location, food and Wi-Fi. Nice breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

The front desk is friendly and cooperative. But we think they need more training about information on the city.

I had booked a car from Hotel for pick up from Airport & for the rest of the day. The driver contact No. & Name was not shared with me in advance & on reaching Kolkatta Airport i had to call the hotel 4 times & wait for Half an hour to know from the hotel that driver was not able to come & that if required i'll have to wait for another 45 minutes & they will arrange for another car. This was not a welcome i was looking for when i arrive in Kolkatta. I had to book the Ac Car from the Airport & eventually pay more for the same.

The breakfast was very very good with pre-cooked food and the food was amazing.

During my solo travel, I stayed at a hotel near main attractions and close to everything. I was amazed by the proximity to the Victoria Memorial and the Park area, where I spent most of my time. The room had a great king bed and was nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and a tasty breakfast. I also enjoyed the view from my window, which was stunning.

I faced some issues with the Wi-Fi code that kept expiring, and I had to get new codes.

The room was superb and, despite being in a busy location, very peaceful. It was a welcome break from the other Kolkata.

The breakfast was boring. I would like to see something for foreigners. I know we're in India, but giving up an English breakfast is difficult, even after ten years here. Some scrambled curd, grilled tomatoes, toast and peanut butter would go a long way to setting a better menu.

The location was perfect, making it easy for me to explore all the tourist attractions in the city. Additionally, there were plenty of quality restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was exceptional, paying great attention to detail and making sure that all my needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with all modern facilities and the breakfast spread was delicious.

Next to a very noisy street (like nearly all of them in Kolkata :P)

We have no complaints. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The Forum shopping mall is down the street and it is an easy walk or short cab ride to many other Kolkata tourist or shopping destinations.

Ajc Bose Road is noisy, but the car horns are hard to avoid pretty much anywhere in India.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. the staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Secondly, the hotel provided convenient amenities such as internet terminals and printing facilities, which were perfect for my business needs. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with easy access to various tourist attractions.
